Laura was so attentive to my needs, told me an approximate price before starting, and talked me through what she was doing! I loved it!   Had the wife come home in tears because the staff "serving" her rushed their job as they were closing soon - butchering my wife's hair and causing her to cancel our dinner plans for tomorrow night as she is too embarrassed to leave the house now.
